Discover the history of the nativity scenes and
Santa Claus Village exhibition at the Rivoli Boutique Hotel

Protecting and nourishing is our passion”, the nativity scene is precisely this in its etymological meaning. The Caridi family, long-time hoteliers, has been creating an extraordinary exhibition for 12 years which invades the spaces of the Rivoli Boutique Hotel with over 30 artisanal nativity scenes handmade by an elderly artist who placed nativity scene art at the center of his life. From 8 December to 6 January, all the common areas of the Rivoli Boutique Hotel will be invaded from over 30 handcrafted nativity scenes made by Claudio Ladurini. An ancient rite that lives on in Italian homes to celebrate the nativity of Christ. An art carried out with passion and ingenuity to reach heights of great creativity where the figures represent a joyful or sorrowful humanity, but are always an emblem of the human condition. Don't miss the new representation of Santa Claus' Village by the artist Sicilian Salvatore Sciuto, who releases the magic of a true Christmas Village, created thanks to to the creativity of this artist passionate about moving Christmas settings and games of light. This annual event, now in its twelfth edition, is a project continued by Gianni Caridi, born in 1933, in a hotel that was born as a convent of the Canossian nuns. Entrance is strictly free, but it is possible to make a donation to the foundation Tommasino Bacciotti. The sum obtained from donations is doubled by the Caridi family at the closing of the event shows the day of the Epiphany.
